    • After you register, we will send you a registration reference, please use the registration reference, your name and church on the payment. Payments can be made to the following:
  • How will I get from the airport to the hotels (Option 1 and 2)?:
    • We offer scheduled (3 hourly) transfers from Melbourne (Tullamarine) Airport only (not Avalone etc) on the 27th and 29th.
  • What accommodation will I get if I am a single visitor in a hotel?:
    • We will make our best effort to match you with a hotel room-mate that is of the same sex (male/female), similar age, and/or same church ( Ensure you pick the correct church).
  • Do you cater for special dietary needs?:
    • We cannot ensure dietary requirements such as dairy free, vegan and/or but not limited to nuts, eggs, allergen etc.
